Investor mindset
I look at value, leverage, resale potential and downside risk before I get carried away by presentation.
Excitement with informed decision-making is my thing...
I help buyers see past the view, the mood and the sales pitch, so they understand what a property is really worth, where the risk sits and when it is smarter to walk away.
"A beautiful property can still be the wrong purchase. My job is to tell you the difference before it costs you."
Behind every beautiful setting, I look at access, value, resale logic, practical risk and whether the location still makes sense after the first impression fades.

Good property decisions combine beauty with access, infrastructure, resale logic and a clear view of how the area works all year round.
For more than twenty years, I have lived and breathed property. I have completed numerous renovations and refurbishments, carried out property developments including apartment conversions and student accommodation, built my own personal property portfolio, and founded a successful letting agency from the ground up, which I ran for ten years before selling to a large national chain.
That background means when I walk into a place, I do not just see charm. I look at the practical details that can affect a buyer's decision: signs of damp, general condition, access, light, ceiling height, drainage, resale logic and the sort of issues that may need proper professional checks before anyone commits.
That approach matters even more when people are buying in Spain and emotion is naturally running high. A lot of buyers fall in love very quickly. I understand that. But I also know how quickly a romantic decision can become a financial headache if nobody steps back and asks the harder questions in time.
I bring a British buyer's mindset to the process because I know what usually worries international clients. They want legal clarity. They want to know what is included. They want to understand whether the price is fair, how the area may hold value, and whether the whole thing still makes sense a year later.
My role is not to replace a lawyer, surveyor or technical specialist. It is to help you look at the purchase clearly, calmly and commercially before you go too far down the road.
My job is not to pressure you. It is the opposite. I am there to help stop your heart ruling your head when it comes to big decisions, so you can move forward with confidence and a clear understanding of what you are buying.
I look at value, leverage, resale potential and downside risk before I get carried away by presentation.
I read a property in practical terms, from light and layout to damp, drainage, maintenance and access.
I help people slow down when they need to, ask better questions and avoid signing up to trouble.
I understand what matters to foreign buyers moving money across borders and how to judge whether a price stacks up.
If I think something is overpriced, compromised or unsuitable, I will tell you plainly and early.
When emotion takes over, I help bring the conversation back to facts, timing and sensible judgement.
